We contributed to the management of the graduation ceremony for the 32nd class of officers from King Fahd Naval College in Jubail, an exceptional achievement that required meticulous planning to deliver an unforgettable experience reflecting the effort invested throughout their years of study. We oversaw all aspects of the event to ensure a sophisticated ceremony that met the highest military and academic standards. Preparations included equipping the main VIP hall and erecting a large, air-conditioned tent with a live broadcast screen for 600 female attendees, including the graduates’ families.

We organized a ceremony that garnered widespread acclaim and was dubbed “The Best Graduation Ceremony in 32 Years,” reflecting excellence in planning and execution, and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
